During the 7-day free trial, your message allowance is limited and counted in total across all ten assistants combined — the trial ends at whichever limit is reached first, the 7 days or the free-trial message allowance.
After subscribing, each individual subscription has its own separate monthly allowance of 300 messages, which renews automatically at the start of every new calendar month with no action needed from you. A full bundle (combining the tax and accounting assistants for the same country) has one shared allowance of 600 messages per month, freely distributed between its two assistants based on your actual usage — there's no fixed 300/300 split.
You can track your current usage from the dashboard: hover (or tap on mobile) over the icon next to "Previous Conversations" to see a color-coded percentage bar (green up to 59%, orange 60-84%, red 85% and above) for both messages and deep search.
If you reach the monthly limit, that assistant stops responding until the start of the next month, or you can contact us to discuss other options.
