How does the 7-day free trial work, and do I need a credit card?

As soon as you create a new account, you automatically get full access to all ten assistants for 7 days or until you use up the free-trial message allowance, whichever comes first, with no credit card required.

What's the difference between subscribing to one assistant and a full bundle?

A single subscription unlocks only one assistant. A full bundle unlocks both the tax and accounting assistants for the same country at a lower price than buying them separately.

How do auto-renewal and cancellation work?

You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from the “My Account” page. Details on renewal, cancellation and refunds are set out in the Terms and Conditions.
