An assistant's answer is only as good as the question it's given — the clearer your question, the more precise and useful the answer.
Always state the context: instead of "How much tax on my salary?", mention the country if it isn't already clear from the assistant itself, the amount, and your marital status if it affects the calculation. The assistant doesn't know details you haven't mentioned.
Ask one specific question at a time instead of a long compound question covering several topics — it's easier for you to follow the answer, and for the assistant to focus on it precisely.
For calculation questions, give real numbers and dates instead of a general description: "a salary of 850 JOD per month starting January" is far better than "an average salary."
Each assistant keeps its own conversation history only, completely separate from the others — if you switch from the Jordanian tax assistant to the accounting assistant, for example, start by restating the necessary background, since it will not have seen your previous conversation with a different assistant.
