From the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email. If that email is indeed registered with us, you'll receive a password-reset link within minutes — the link is valid for one hour only from the moment it's sent.
For security reasons, the same generic message appears whether the email is registered with us or not — this is intentional, and doesn't necessarily mean there's an error in your request.
If the link doesn't arrive within minutes, check your spam folder first. If a previous link expires before you use it, just request a new one from the same page — the new link automatically invalidates any old, unused one.
When you open the link, you'll be asked for a new password meeting the usual requirements (at least 12 characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character).
